Stalling 7.3L???

Stalling 7.3L???
My 2000 7.3L started idling really rough last week and progressively got worse now it will just cut off when driving. So far I've replaced the Fuel Filter, MAP Sensor and the Camshaft Position Sensor and all of this still hasn't helped at all. Now I'm kinda leaning toward buying a new fuel pump. Do y'all have some ideas on what could be wrong?

My truck was doing same until I replaces the IPC. I am fairly new to this, so I dont know a bunch.
Note: you can disconnect the IPC and it will go to 'default'. My truck would not run at all until I disconnected the IPC, then it would run.
