Easier to keep good form on a Smith Machine. I still see too many people squatting on a Smith with their feet directly underneath them and their knees way out in front. Horrible on your knees. Makes mine hurt just watching them.

Yeah, that does sound painful. Probably lets them push a bit more weight, but if the form is bad it doesnt matter and will sideline you with an injury.

More weight because you're engaging other muscles. Almost defeats the purpose.

Yup, instead of using all the weight to target specific muscle groups, you are watering down the workout.

Definitely. The factory ones are rather tame and too small now for the wheel openings. Get to it!

Those look good to. Thats an extra 16#'s of unsprung weight though.

That is true Tim. WOuld be beneficial to minimize the extra weight I add on to the truck. The granite alloy rims are looking good.

I'm thinking of going with the 18" rim size. Still gives me plenty of options and a good bit of sidewall.
