Ok so I measured cab to axle on it and sure enough it is 60" cab to center of axle. My bed won't fit as it is a short bet and from what I've found out they don't make a bed (unless I have one made by splicing) to fit this frame. Kinda bummed.

The neck is there, but isn't it too far back,looks like the tank is where the spare tire should be?

There were some differences between the cab-and-chassis trucks and the regular ones. Some years had different turbos. Some years had different programs. Some years had different frames. Look closely - don't assume you can just buy a take-off bed and be rolling.
