I have a 2.5 rough country lift and I was looking into putting some 35' tires since the 33' look a little too small. I've been doing research but never got my questioned answered. Does 35s fit my Bronco with out any major problems? If so what are they?... My 33s rub so far but no so much that I have to do minor fixes.
I had 33's on my 92 Bronco with a 4" lift. I just put 35's on it and had to do some trimming. You would have to do some hard core trimming with just a 2.5" lift. So I would say it won't work. They will probably appear to fit if you put them on for a test fit but when you turn sharp or back up and turn they will rub.

Hmm then I guess I have to save up for a new lift. Thanks though.
Your best bet is for a bigger lift. I have the RC 2.5" lift (seemed more like a 3" lift) with 33/12.50 on 15x10 rims and I had to space the bumper out about an inch and a quarter. Then I bought have a 3.75" backspacing to make them stick out a bit.
I thought my truck looked perfect with the tire/rim/lift combo
While you are saving, save for re-gearing the axles as well unless you already have factory 4.11's. Right now with 3.55's and 33's your are below power band for either of the stock V8's when you are cruising. The E4OD will "hunt" gears so badly you will kill it and your hill-climbing and passing power will be non-existant. Going to 35's will make the whole situation even worse!

Yeah I might do the re-gearing before lifting it more because the bronco feels heavy. It doesn't respond as fast and I'm killing gas and power with the factory gearing. I was thinking either 4.56 or 4.11 but don't know which one is better.
