P0279 Cylinder #7 Injector Circuit Low. FICM detected an open the injector circuit. Injector circuit open or defective coil.

Where did the FICM come from and why did you have to change it?

Then as the code says I would check for a broken wire or defective coil. It can be accomplished with a DVOM.

My mistake. Misunderstood you. Usually if it is a plug it would be more than one cylinder. But I guess anything is possible. Try pushing it all the way on and zip tie it on.

If you want to check wire continuity while you're there here's a pinout of the plugs
