Installing headstuds with the cab on

I want to install head studs as a preventive maintenance upgrade. Doing the injectors and while it's opened up figured it's a good time. The drivers side looks pretty easy except the Lower, rear bolt. The passenger side looks like a struggle with the evaporator installed. Does it need to be taken out or is there room?

You dont have to take it out but it is alot easier if you do. Can take bolts out of motor mount and you can twist the motor around some. May have to dent your fire wall in a bit on the driver side bottom.

You can half the A/C box and leave everything hooked up. I have a R/R of my stud install posted on a different site if you would like to see and read it. Send me a PM. I'll send you the site

I did mine with the cab on. As mentioned to do the passenger side remove the drivers side motor mount and let the motor roll over to that side.
