Wheel question.

Will wheels off of a 1979 Lariat fit on a 1985. Thanks

The bolt pattern is the same, 5x5.5, on both

Short answer - yes

Some F100s had a different bolt pattern. If the 1979 Lariat is a F100 (?), you need to check closely, but if a F150, the wheels should swap.

I think that only applied to '80-'83, under a certain GVWR with power brakes, they had 5x4.5. I think the older ones and the rest had 5x5.5.
