i got an 02 f350 I just rebuilt the engine and got it all back together, it will crank over but won't start, you can smell diesel fuel and see smoke but it won't start. it has a new glow plug relay and cps sensor got from ford, i have unplugged the fuel bowl heater and ipr, icp. i have done everything i can think of

 

Can think of many different issues it "might" be but we don't want you chasing your tail for the next week going over the list. Can you pull any codes from it to narrow the focus a little?
