94.5 7.3 will not start

150k miles f250 7.3 1994.5
Im Stumped
It will crank but will not start
Glow plug relay and glow plugs are good
Oil level is fine on the dipstick
When cranking fuel will fill the fuel filter housing
Batteries are good

It does crank slow
We have not replaced the cps yet

Not sure what else I should check or be looking for.

The only right way to diagnose a problem is by hooking up a compatible scanner, that way your not throwing parts at it and in the process you are saving money

Sometimes it will puff a little white while cranking which I know means it's getting fuel

You stated that it is cranking slow, and the batteries are good, so the next question, how old is the starter? These engines need to spin over pretty fast to start. Are the battery cables good, and the connections clean and tight? Both pos. and neg. on both ends?

Batteries and all connections are good and I know it's like 500rpm while cranking is needed for the intectors to open or somewhere around that number

That must have been where I got the 500 from but I do know it's has to have a certain rpm while cranking for it to start.

Rpm should be above 200rpm I believe while crancking. Have you tryed to unplug the icp to see if it starts?

IPR DC % & ICP pressure is more important than RPM . Battery voltage above 10.5

ICP is on the driver's side cylinder head, up near the front.
