DIY Window Tint

All do it yourself window tint will have the same results, whether it's a few days or months down the road. I'd see if out I can find a roll of Llumar tint on eBay or something similar, it's one of the higher quality ones that shops use IIRC.
FWIW, 20% matches the stock rear privacy glass perfectly from the outside. It's a little darker from the inside, but hardly noticeable. I paid $80 to get my fronts done at a shop up in Washington, didn't see the need to go over the factory privacy windows.

well i have a 93 single cab and its not tinted at all so I want to tint everything 20% i did it on my ranger to the fronts and from the outside it looked perfect but the inside it was kind of blueish. not just on my truck though. my buddies truck was the same way. its not that big of a deal but Id rather try and find some blacker tint

Try searching the forum...somone bought some pre cut window tint pieces and did a write up on the installation. If you can find that thread you might be able to send them a PM to see how it is holding up and whether it has that blueish look or not.
I want to match my front widows to my factory tint...just too chicken to do it myself.
