simple solution would be to run a relay to turn on and off the light bar. use the battery power right from the battery to power up the light and use the switch in the cab to activate the relay. that way there is no doubt it will handle it.
Think of a relay as a high amperage switch that is controlled by a low amperage control signal. Most aftermarket lighting systems will come with a wire harness that includes a relay. You wire your lights to the relay and then use a small switch (like your existing fog light switch) to trigger/control the relay that then supplies power to your lights.
Definitely a second nod for the relay. I believe the stock fog lights are 55w so you would be over by 10W. plus you would only be drawing from one side so depending on how it's wired 65w over. But you basically wire the relay in between the battery and bar on the hot and ground for the light bar and then put the feed for the fog light to the trigger pin on the relay, that way when you turn the fog light switch on it activates the relay and power is sent to the bar.
I would do a relay also.
You will be pushing 10 Amps.It always seems that Ford undersized
the wires for the headlamps and fog lamps. They work but they could
be better. How many times do we hear "My Lights are not bright enough"?
This is the kit im looking at getting. I have friends who have bought them and they speak highly of this product so im going to try it. I typically dont buy cheap ebay junk but I'm going to try it this time.

Your link did not work. I was able to find the item I think with the auction
number and I think this is the right thing.

I did not see where it is made. If in fact it is MADE IN CHINA. One of the big
problems with that can be the use of the wrong type of solder. The they
sometimes use acid core solder on electronics and with that and a little time
the connections start to corrode. So thinks will work good for 6 mo to a
year or two then fail.
You know it's too bad because all they would have to do is use the right solder
and it would last. But it's all about the mighty $.
