Oddball alert noise.

OK so I am getting this alert noise like a seatbelt
reminder but no lamp and the lamp does light at
key on. I spent a little one on one time with the
Snap-On scan tool and the only problem I would find
was the bad clock spring for the airbag circuit and an
intermittent ABS for the right wheel sensor.

It comes out of the blue somethings sitting and others
when your rolling and even turning the wheel.

It not a solid tone. More on for a few sec then off for one
that back on.

Any ideas on where to look next?

Does your ABS light come on when you run the gauge check? Perhaps it's clock spring related?

Yes it does.
BUT there is a code for the ABS lamp being open.
You might be onto something. I'll look to changing
that lamp. Just need to find the right wattage.

I got to thinking and at the time I did not check.
I do have the EACT. Does that have a low temp
alert system?

Run the Ford IDS diags on all the computers.

Do you have the integrated trailer brake controller? Hit the slider without a trailer connected and see if that's the same sound.

I think I have had too many drive cycles to find in in the history.
That was back when we had temps in the low teens. It was a sound
that I have never heard before.
It quit doing it after it warmed up and has not been that cole and so...
But I did get a video shot. The only dash light on is the brake and
nothing on any of the other in cab controls.
