HPO system Part #'s?

Early 04 F350 CC LB 4x4 270K miles
I have had a no start warm condition for a bit. Just been letting run when I go for short trips while I am waiting for all parts to come in.

Anyhow I have ordered and received the air test fittings, OTC #6763.
Ordered Nipple cup O-rings and tools from Creator - should be here today or Monday. Also ordered the Injector O-ring kits which includes the upper one, should be here soon no tracking.

I figured since I am at 270k miles I will go ahead and replace all HPO system O-rings and such regardless of what the Air test shows is the problem. Its just that I cant find a part number for the O-rings on the top and bottom of the HPOP. Plus anything others you guys can think of...

Thinking of doing standpipes too but that's a task and a half. Will do if air test tells me to though.

Thanks!

Why would the Standpipes be a Task???

Your going to have to remove the Oil Rails anyways to do the Nipple Cup Orings and you will have to remove the Standpipes anyways to get the HPO Rails out OF Coarse this is assuming you have the Wavy HPO Rails and your ICP sensor is in the Valve cover

Where is your ICP sensor at???

The HPOP Inlet and Discharge Tube oring Part#s are in my thread as well as the HPOP Cover gasket part#

Cool thanks!

I have the same oil rail as you do and from what I have read about the R&R of standpipes on the 03 motor its seems to be a PITA...

Ya I wouldn't touch those Standpipes

I haven't heard of any Nipple cup oring problems on the Log Rails either that don't mean there is no problems though

It just seams all the Oring problems came when the Wavy rails were introduced

The few HPO Hot No-Starts Iv seen on early trucks have been injector top seals

Cool...
I was going to put the cup seals in since they just came in about an hour ago. Then do the rest as they come in. I might wait to do them last and air test before I replace them just to see, dunno cant work on it until Tuesday anyhow.

As to replacing all the seals I can - I figured none of them last forever and I have a little bit of cash now and will have a lot of time from the end of this job until the next one, so I figured a little Preventative Measures now will save me from loosing money in the future. Since Murphy wont let your truck break down when you have both money and time.
