wiper problem
about 2 weeks ago, my wipers just decided not to turn off anymore.
while in the off position, they still work intermitently. about every 22 seconds, drives me nuts. changed the relay (at a cost of $25). didn't do squat.
So, before I run it into dealer and pay $300 for a wiper motor replacement,, any one ever had this problem ? or know an easy fix ?
any ideas are greatly appreciated.

BUMP! Wipers dont work!
HT, what was the solution to the problem? My 2011 F250 6.7 wipers failed earlier this week. My wife was driving it and scared the hell out of her. luckily it was a spot shower and she was close to home.
Need to fix without dealer cost if possible!

Don't remember the part number, but the guy in the parts dept. of the local dealer said they sell a lot of replacement switches. Which seems to be the problem. The arm and switch, are easily removed from the side of steering column (after removing panels )
The part was about $14.00 and took a total of less then an hour to change.
