"OBDII Bluetooth" with windows 7 ???

"OBDII Bluetooth" with windows 7 ???
I have a "OBDII Bluetooth" that works fine on my sons laptop (newest and greatest) but will not work with my windows 7. Does anyone know of a program I could use that is compatible.

First what OBDII Bluetooth do you have?
What is the problem? Are you sure your Win7 box has bluetooth? There are blueooth "stack" drivers that may need to be installed as well. The default drivers in Win7 and especially older OS machines needed bluetooth protocol drivers. Ever notice how an earpiece works, but a bluetooth printer or keyboad won't until you load SPECIFIC drivers for it.
Have you check with the manufacturer to get the Win7 drivers?
I am happy to help all I can - and can even look up the drivers for you. Since I have had to troubleshoot PITA bluetooth devices often I have some other troubleshooting tips as well.
Also - What laptop are you using with Win7 and I am assuming you are using the built-in bluetooth that came with it or are you using an add-on card?
