Power windows behaving strangly
Hey folks- Having a problem with the power windows on my 90 F150. The driver's side works fine, but can't operate the passenger door from the driver's door. The passenger side works fine when using the passenger side button, though. I pulled the connector apart within the passenger door and the test light shows I have power to that connector plug when operating either driver side or passenger side button. I'm lost.........
Any help is greatly appreciated.

Have you ever cleaned ignition points? The reason i ask is that all the switches in those doors have little contacts in them that get pitted just like points. The other day i got sick of none of my switches working on the driver's side, pulled them all and dressed them with 600 grit and now they work great.

My first guess is a bad connection somewhere around your driver side switch. Try cleaning up the connection like low-side suggested, making sure there is also no rust or other corrosion or especially broken wires visible. These pesky little problems are usually just some little thing that needs to be found and corrected. Chilton and Haynes seem to think the shade tree mechanic cant figure this stuff out so good luck getting info from them. I had to rewire part of a lebaron convert.'s power windows once-so do let know if need more help. Good luck.
