and masive amounts of smoke blowing out the 17 inch tail pipe.
Then he's stopped dead in his tracks by the town sheriff, who is none other than ex pres Jimmy Carter's brother, Billy (beer) Carter and his deputy Scott Bao they were driving a rusted out 1973 Madadoor police cruiser. So Billy and Scott both jump out and say...........
