Hey guys I have a ford f250 6.0 a couple weeks back it shut down on me goin down the road it was missin real bad and losing power so I had a guy come run a diagnostic on it he said it was this for sure so I bought it yet still won't start
In the past week I have replaced:
New upgraded hpop
Stc fitting
Ipr valve
Icp sensor
New batteries
Fuel/oil filters
Cleaned turbo
New turbo drain pipe
Does oil pressure build on the instrument cluster while cranking? You are gonna need some gauges that read live data to figure this out. Scan gauge II or one of the smart phone apps like Dashboss for IOS devices or torque pro for android.
Where did you get the "upgraded" HPOP? I was not aware that there was an upgrade to the late model (05 and up) pump.
I don't believe it's actually "upgraded" I got it from fordiesels.com but I bought it with the one piece stc fitting new ipr and hpop I can't tell you if I can tell a big difference yet because I can't get it started but it I after market it's not oem
and on the computer the ficm sync read 1 I'm not sure what that exactly means
Well FICM SYNC 1= Means you ARE getting a CMP/CKP Signal

I would Suggest that you POST your Operating Values just in case you mis something
Im going to be BRUTALY Honest LOL (as M-chan would say LOL)
But it does no good to get on here and say your Numbers are Good but the truck wont run so something isn't right and something is being missed
Some of these Sensor numbers actually Verify other systems and not the System they Measure its kinda a Double Check if you will
Like FPW or MFD these numbers are used to verify other things More so then FPW (Fuel Pulse WIdth) or MFD (Mass Fuel Desired) ALL we want to see is a Number 1 or Higher and the actual FPW or MFD isn't used much
Once you know how the PCM thinks then you will understand its kinda a system of checks and balances
Even when I breakdown I will post all operating Values I would rather have 20 eyes on it then just my 2 eyes!! Everyone thinks alittle different and may see something coming from a different angle in there Trane of thought LOTS LESS chance something will be missed this way
