I've been looking around for the correlation for volts versus PSI on ICP. Can't seem to find it. Can someone help me? Problem is, my Edge Evolution allows me to monitor ICPV, but that's it. Thanks in advance.
FICM volts runs 47.5-48.5 The VGT duty cycle appears to top out at 65-70% while driving. At idle it will occasionally sweep up to around 85%. As for boost... let me check that again. Where I really notice it is on any incline with speeds of about 80 km/HR. The torque converter is locked, and RPMs low. I'll have a look again see what things look like. I have noticed that while the engine is cooler, it appears to make more boost than once it's warm, while VGT % remains relatively the same. Perhaps that's normal.
So today it was far too icy to get any more live data info. But today also the truck appeared to be in a better mood than I have seen in a long time! ICP voltage easily approached 4 volts, which normally does not happen without some flying RPMs. And at the same time, the turbo screamed like it normally doesn't. Sounded good straight piped today!
So the opportunity presented itself to have a look at some values. At 80 km/HR, if I give push the pedal as far as I can without it unlocking torque converter, VGT duty cycle is around 63% and boost at 5 psi. ICP voltage, 2.1. Does that look right?

Only numbers worth comparing are KOEO, warm idle and warm 2500.
