Relationship between ICP pressure and voltage

I was just playing around with the data on ICP pressure as it relates to the voltage readings and I put this together:

https://www.ford-trucks.com/forums/p...ctureid=113208

The chart and the equations are from the data below:

A first order equation is below:

Is that with a tune in the truck or stock?

It is the sensor function. The original intent was to get an equation so that when you get the ICP voltage output, you can then get the true pressure readings - no matter if it is tuned or not. The data table is from Ford.

It's showing the stock tune values. If your running a tuned truck, you will monitor just the ICPv and use the above chart to find your ICP psi.

Some custom tune writers fool the PCM by lowing the ICP psi reading in order to get more PW. The ICPv don't change, but the ICP psi shows lower reading to the PCM and OBDII port.

Here is what my SRL++ tune looks like." Gauge 1" is "ICP Calc" an is my true HPOP reading. "Gauge 2" is ICPv. And "Gauge 3" is "ICP psi" and is what the PCM and OBDII sees.

I am aware of that. I don't ever monitor ICP though.

UDATED - 11-13-23

So, using the best correlation equation for the early ICP sensor, I got the expanded table below:
y=846.24*x-181.66

EDIT - Updated 11-13-23

and the new ICP sensor .........
y = 22.304x2 + 686.61x + 54.307

Can you Post these ICP Readings On a STOCK Tune????

Thanks

I am just curious

Thanks Benny - I finally had enough of "guestimating" for values between the published numbers.

IIRC, Josh is running stock tunes. If he don't post any CSV pic, I'll return to stick tune tomorrow and get you the info. BTW, I hate driving stock tune! LOL!
