Outside Temp Sensor
The outside temp is won't go below about 48 degrees when I know in fact it is below freezing. Could the sensor be going bad? Anyone run into the same issue?

I know you said it's below freezing, but did you recently wash the vehicle??? Past Fords I have owned occasionally would read in error after a power wash. If not, I would check for water or corrosion on the sensor terminals. It's behind the grille on the drivers side next to the air filter intake. Then, probably a new sensor??!!
