Where is the outside temp sensor?

Where is the temperature sensor that tells you how cold it is outside on the 2002 X’s?

I would say somewhere between the headlamp housing and radiator. I remember it looking somewhat big for its purpose.

How come the temp sensor is always wrong. When im sitting in the drive way it says it's -30 when it really is like 20 outside. Does this do this to anybody else or is the temp sensor worse the the lie o meter?

Mine is fairly accurate. When the weatherman says it's -3 out I jump in my truck and it says -1. That was yesterday morning I tried this.

it's right under the opening for your air filter intake.

It's the little nipple looking thing in the middle lower of this picture right below that big hole.
