Does anyone have a write-up on AC Compressor pulley removal. I saw the SpringerPop write-up on the A/C Compressor Clutch Air Gap Setting, http://springerpop.net/F350/air_gap.html, but it doesn't go into removing the snap ring and then the pulley. Will the pulley come off easy or do I need a 2 or 3 prong puller?
Glad to have helped without actually putting forth any effort, but for the sake of others, you might as well link the thread in question in case this one comes up in a search later.
And for the record, the pulley isn't hard to remove, just be sure to remove the snap ring before you stick a puller on there.
I'm chasing down the same problem mine started squealing after it got really cold out here so I spray them down with silicone spray and it helps for a few miles now it's back again but I don't know which pulley it is maybe I'll buy a belt first and see how that goes

Excellent idea. I edited in the address. Is the bolt for the tensioner, the main one in the middle, regular threaded? I put a breaker bar on it but I didn't want to force it until I was sure. I put new pulley's on the old tensioner until I figure it out.

I would have never believed that the belt can make a sound just like a bearing in a pulley going bad. Glad I didn't put money on it.
