Another thing to check is the voltage on the coil while the engine is running, not supposed to have 12 volts when running on a pertronix. when i rewired my truck i got rid of the resistor wire from the ignition switch and used regular wire with a 1 ohm ballast resistor. only other thing i can think to check is if your ignition switch may be going bad.

I already did the did the same already. Im adding holley fuel regulater abd gauge today. I changed tge wires yet but they seems pretty new

Check fuel lines and see if it is to close to anything that might cause vapor lock. I have had that problem before, but only after engine warmed upped. Always that chance something foreign in carb floating around and prohibiting fuel flow on occasions. I have done this before....at night I have opened hood and found a wire arching from bad ground. I know it sounds cheesy, but worked. I grabbed wiring harness and pulled, result was loose nut on solenoid.
