egr delete problem

egr delete problem
i have 06 f450 with sinster egr delete and apr head studs with sct tuner. just started having a problem with the truck. it seem like there something wrong with my fan clutch I removed tuner and it ok now . does anyone know what this problem is? using stock tunes

Did you leave the EGR valve in place and plugged in?

If not, that's your problem.

The PCM takes signals from the EGR valve to ramp the fan.

no I did leave the egr plugged in

so I need to plug egr in? and do I have to put back in it place? I have it capped off

You can leave the cap on there, its just a cleaner look to put the valve back where it belongs. It must be plugged in at any rate.
