I'm sure you guys all saw my first thread.
After swapping IPR coils I thought we had the problem solved the ipr duty cycle and icp was normal. So I plowed snow for a day, then the next day I hauled a trailer 100 miles, then the following day had to plow snow again. Duty cycle and icp was spot on, truck ran perfect.
Today, started the truck to let it warm up, duty cycle was normal. When I came back in 10-15 mins service engine light was on, duty cycle 4.6.
I went to plow a driveway, once I was done there duty cycle was 5.6 at idle, then did another driveway, then it was up to 7.9. Drove to the carwash to get the salt off the truck since the roads are dry now, let it idle the whole time, duty cycle was up to 8.6, did another driveway duty cycle up to 10.9, now at the end of the day it is between 10.9-12.4 at idle.
Have you had a good hard look at the wires that lead to the IPR?...just guessing, maybe you have some chaffing or something that has compromised the integrity of the wires.

I looked roughly 6-7 inches in from the plug, all wires looked new
What does your ICP look like? Any oil in the plug?
Bone dry.
Today I put in a different ICP, didn't change a thing. KOEO IPR reads 14.8 start truck slowly drops to 4.6. Once engine is good and hot it reads 9.7-10.1 at idle, if you slowly take rpms up to 1400 the duty cycle drops to 4.6 again.
Once engine is good and hot, ICP reads right where it should.
When the engine is cold and IPR is reading 4.6 you can unplug the IPR and the truck runs the same as if it was plugged in. Once the engine is hot though, it will die if you unplug it.
If you unplug the ICP at idle the IPR jumps to 15.6
What should the ohm's be at the ipr and icp? I'm going to ohm them and see what we are working with.
I'm running out of ideas, other than driving the truck off a cliff.
