I'm on my second set of replacement oem hubs at 135k miles and they don't engarge more than half the time. Vacuum operating and holding within design specs. Does Warn make replacements that work with the vacuum system for shift-on-the fly or are they only manual?
Dynatrac makes a kit that replaces the factory ESOF hubs to manual. It's a very nice setup but pricey. It would be worth it if you were keeping your truck for a long time.
