Find a brass fitting and splice it in instead of replacing the hose.

I believe this was an honest attempt to answer your question. Depends on if your tuck has the heater control valve I think. The hose would be a different part number depending.
Btw, my bpd oil hose routes under the pass side battery tray, then through the radiator header beneath the a/c lines. Not even close to my dieselsite coolant filter.
If your bpd hose is ABOVE the pass battery tray (mine was initially) the hose will wear a hole from rubbing on the battery tray edge.
