low turbo boost code
2006 F250 6.0 Diesel with 88K miles.
I was towing my 14,000 lb. 5th wheel at about 65mph. Stopped at a rest area and when I restarted, the engine shaped light came on. The code showed "Low Turbo Boost". I drove about 900 miles until I could cancel out the code. The engine ran great all this time with good boost, acceleration and power so I am baffled.
I have not towed since the code was canceled (just city driving) but the light has not returned...YET. Is there anything I need to be concerned about or have looked at OR does this sometimes happen??????

Post the Exact CODE/DTC
Might have a Dirty MAP or EBP sensor or Tube
You can Clean those with Carb Cleaner
Other then that you need a ScanGaugeII or something to read LIVE DATA
Worse case you have to pull and clean turbo or VGT is going out but that's not too common so Start with the Sensors cleaning and get a gauge

Thanks for the reply.
Not too familiar with these items so will do some research and take one at a time. The truck mileage is now in the 80's so it is time to start checking into those things to make sure emissions have not hampered their operation.
