Low boost numbers and p132b code
Ive got a 2003 6.0 and it runs ok but I keep getting this code. I also notice the sometimes when you punch it to pullout in traffic it hesitates. the boost never goes above 19psi when I pull my tt it sometimes goes to 21psi. So far I have cleaned the turbo, new egr valve, cleaned map sensor and hose, checked for leakes and found none. Only thing I haven't done is have the intake hot tanked to remove carbon. Could an intake with heavy buildup of carbon cause this condition or is my turbo going out slowly?

Ive heard that this code means sticking vanes and or replace the turbo. Thatsaid you cleaned the turbo did you see any pitting, rust or worn unision ring? My truck will on occasion pop this code as well. I used to only see 21 psi tops on boost. Over the last little bit ive been getting up to 24psi. But i still have this code randomly with no side effects. I know i have a small exhaust leak before the turbo and i belive that is where my problem is. But i have been waiting for another major repair like upgradeing to arps or a oil cooler rebuild to tackle this.
