I logged in and saw that this morning. Good job Mike!
The gear is broken? The metal gear?
Good morning everybody.
The outer gear is broke in four spots. It almost looks like it was made that way but it is broke. It still works though. Auto Nation is $130 for a new one.
I wonder if that happened or was the cause of my broken transfer case.

No I think your broken transfer case was operator error. haha Spooling the truck up in low range and then punching it does the transfer case no good!

Lol, I wonder if the broken hub was caused by the transfer case incident.

Hey, hey, hey it probably was that. The front hub on that side did not engage and when it did the transfer case blew apart. I only had the boost at 24 psi before I punched it. Is that a problem?

Hahaha, that must have made one heck of a bang

Well, since I won't trailer anywhere to ride, when the trails open up near the house...
I rarely trailer mine.

I ride from the house probably 98% of the time. I have two private trails, two miles each that connect to different trails. If I can't ride from my house, then there isn't much snow in most places left to ride.
