Batteries are on the charger today. It probably didn't help that it was 28 degrees last night while we were trying to start it.

Does anyone know the thread pitch on the ICP sensor? I am going to put together an air fitting to leak test the HPO system today.

M12x1.5 It's the same as the fuel pressure port.

Its alive!

First I want to say thank you to everyone who gave input and offered ideas. We built a high pressure oil leak detector and there was an obvious sound coming from the passenger side head. Pulled the valve cover on that side and pressurized it again.

Turns out, when he put the engine back together after the gasket and studs on that side, he got the standpipe and dummy plugs reversed on the passenger side. That would explain no ICP.

We pulled them out and in order to get the standpipe in on that side, we had to undo the passenger motor mount and loosen the driver's side mount a bit. We then jacked up the motor to rock it over enough to get the standpipe to clear the HVAC box. Once we got it all back together, it took a little cranking and fired right up.

Lessons were learned by all. Thanks again all around.

Glad u got it running. The upside of all of this is you got some valuable experience on working on these trucks. You will be giving advice instead of asking.

You can actually switch the HPO rails between sides with a little "reversing" The dummy plugs fit where the standpipes would on the other side. I don't know how they got that messed up either.

Duck Fan: It would have been easier to remove the HPO rail than the motor mounts but lesson learned.... Glad you got it running.

I know there reversible the Rails

Just thought the standpipe would drop down into the Branch tube

The Heads are reversible to so that Makes sense Now

I wasn't thinking of Reversable head factor

It does, the standpipe is technically two
Pieces and looks like a dummy plug when separated. Technically the standpipe should never be separated. When I removed the standpipe on an '07 F350, I had to pull the rail off and pull bottom half of the old stand pipe out with a pair of needle nose pliers.

That's why I was thinking the same thing, how did he did get them mixed up?

Just glad the truck is running again!
