I am looking to replace my ACDelco 65A batteries (in my 2005 F350 6.0) with the Costco Signature A3 (12866) but can't find anywhere which side the positive post is on. My 65A's are 'left-handed' (positive is on the left when looking at the side the posts are closest to). Are the A3's the same?

69CJ said it best. Orig motorcraft batteries lasted 4 yrs and 9 months. Put in a new motorcraft battery June/July of 2010. Just changed out the second batteries, went with motorcraft again, few months over 3 yrs, so cost 115.00. One battery had a bad cell, the other one when charged only would test less than 500 CCA. I travel during the summer and I can always find a ford dealer. Our Wal Mart is always out of the the proper size for our truck, and they are the only other place that I can find about any place we travel. Go with what works where you spend most of your time.

Group 65 batteries are Positive post on the left when viewed with the posts closest to you.

Don't believe there are any differences in the Group 65 category
