Thumbs up Supplier Recommendations!!

Not really new info. It's all been said before. However, I'm posting it again because there may be some newer folks in here who are not yet aware of the quality of some of our suppliers we use.

I ordered some parts from Clay @ Riffraff Diesel Performance and Bob @ DieselOrings late on Monday night - around 10pm CDT. For the order with Clay, I selected 2nd Day Air because it was only a few extra dollars... really less than $10, and that made it a worthwhile expense for my situation. For the order with Bob, he includes UPS 2-day ground alreayd, so I left it at that.

I was then sure that I would get everything by Thursday, but was hoping for Wednesday (today). I also knew that depending upon when the packages would actually begin their journey with the respective shipping companies, a "2-day" delivery schedule can become 3-days easily enough.

Here's the thing... everything I ordered from BOTH Clay and Bob are on the truck and out for delivery as I type.

HUGE KUDOS to these two guys for being prompt with their shipping!! It's really nice to know that you're dealing with responsible folks!!

Why would anyone go back to these guys for their service and products.

Because OF their Service and Products.

It is nice being treated like we all matter. So many vendors just don't get it but like you said these 2 fellers know how to treat their customers, & it does get noticed by repeat business & word of mouth to new folks

Being in business for myself, I know how important it is to make each customer feel as if they're the only one you have. I also know how much work is involved to do that. That's why I keep going back to Riff Raff, without ever having second thoughts!

i hate Clay at Riffraff Diesel performance, and absolutely refuse to look at his web page and monthly emails anymore.

because every time i do look at the site or emails, i end up spending money i do not have, for things i do not need.

Bob gets all my business all the time. Great prices and even better shipping.

Yelllowww tape - {gurgle}

Bob is more of the "save my butt" vendor... to repair all the stuff I boogered when I installed the Clay stuff. That Buck$Zooka has a strong recoil.
