RJM Injection strikes again.

Well I unfortunately made the mistake of ordering from RJM Injection assuming it was a reputable company. I had ordered from them over a year ago and got my small order in a reasonable time frame.

Now on my 2nd order things have went 180* the other direction. I'm not the first person to complain as I'm extremely patient in these situations but this is just far to bad to not warn others of the potential of this company to never ship a single thing.

I ordered 9-21-13 and have not received one email or phone call sense, besides the BS confirmation email. Now that were going on 42 days of zero contact something needed to be said. I deal with customer service on a daily basis and I couldn't even begin to imagine if I went this long without responding to customers. It's so outrages that it makes we wonder if he is even around anymore.

I will mention it appears they haven't hit my card for the amount due, hence why I haven't been more active in resolving this problem so if there is any positive they at least haven't stolen my money.

To wrap this up buyer beware that you may never actually get the parts you order from this company.

Having same problem here too MG. I ordered (2) headlight harnesses on the Monday morning of 9/23/13 and all I have gotten is the "Order Confirmation Summary" from RJM Injection. Credit card hasn't been charged yet that I know of.

I have seen where people have ordered alternators from them since and received them, but I haven't a clue why I haven't received anything. I have emailed and called and there hasn't been any replies for either communication.

I wanted to use their headlight assembly because it's a better product than LMC's.

Maybe a member here on FTE has better communication with Ryan(Fireguy) at RJM. I know it's just a (2) person outfit, but if they aren't going to fulfill my order, I need to know because they have my "supposed" order, and credit card info and "Possibly" can charge me and ship product at "ANY" given time.

Well I couldn't find much to help out other than the wiring harnesses are made by hand individually and the general consensus over there seems to be they can take 2 weeks to 2 months to ship. However, I looked at his profile on FSB and he hasn't been active for over a year their...

Still doesn't explain why he has not got back to you two at all...

Same here, I ordered from them as there products are better then other options. I'm also concerned when they might decide to run my card as i don't keep a bunch of money on the card i use online.

Disappointing is an understatement.
