Hey guys, I feel like a dope but I'm pulling my fuel bowl out to replace the orings with the kit I bought from diesel orings.com and I don't see in any write ups where the bolts are located to remove the bowl its self. I got all the fuel lines and wiring disconnected. Is it the two on the front face of the HPOP? Thanks :-)

I believe you are correct. The bolts go through the HPOP and screw into the fuel bowl. I saw a video a short time ago and I somewhat recall that is how it is secured.
I just did mine on my 99 and I did the upgraded fuel pressure regulator. I had only 21 psi at idle and after doing the fpr I now have 65 at idle. I had broken o-ring and scored plunger in old fpr. The new one is a bit different but fits right.
I just wanna make sure you saw the link in post #3 above.

Yes that is the pdf I used but it doesn't say where the two bolts are located to remove the fuel bowl...good write up overall and my rebuild went smooth :-)

But it sure does say remove the 2 bolts if you look again.
Look at the pics on the left side of his page and go down to 5th pic and read again. Here is the wording I copied from there.
"The fuel bowl is attached to the HPOP reservoir with two bolts, remove these bolts and the bowl will come out of the compartment."
