I noticed a puddle of fluid under the front of my F350. It was power steering fluid. It is leaking power steering fluid from the cooler fins. The truck was at the garage when I noticed it. The mechanic wondered if I needed the cooler.
Could I (should I) just put a loop on the line and remove the old cooler? Or should I look for a good used one?
Abe, Loop it for now, save the mess. Take a look at small rad like coolers at your favorite parts house and install one by next summer. You should be OK.
