I have black jegs Pow'r wires in 8.5 flavor they have the wound center, and truth be told are probably made by the same company. I like them I bought the make your own kit came with ends for socket style cap and HEI style cap and the plug ends can be bent up to about 90 degrees. I also have an ignition box. Sorry its not MSD specific but they are a good deal and seem high quality.
What specifically is meant by "higher power current?" Power and current are two different metrics. Plug wires actually carry very low current; the gap of the spark plug is effectively an open circuit. Voltage is what matters. If you're looking for "high current" plug wires, you won't find such a thing. Moreover, plug wires are typically built from special material to make them even more resistive, for noise suppression purposes.
I'm running the Bosch "coil type" wires on my dent. They have low resistance and noise suppression from the coil style wire. About $35 at AZ. My system is stock but I would run them with a MSD box and stock plug gaps without concern. I wouldn't open up the gaps however... with these or any other wires as higher secondary voltage with high gaps can cause short life of the cap and rotor not to mention wires.
I'm using Accel SuperStock spiral cores on my truck, they are 8mm. Low resistance, have held up well. I'd recommend them. Ignition system is MSD with a Ford Racing distributor.
