And only putting on 10k a year is nothing! I wouldn't count out that green truck yet, if it does have 218k on it it's still very clean. There are many users on here with over 200,000 miles on gassers! You can drive the price way down with the mileage and the discrepancy. If the price is right id still buy it! Low mileage used 5.4's are everywhere and the cost of a used engine if yours goes is around 800-1,000.00.
