The radiator is very simple. Just drain it, remove the hose clamps and hoses, and then there should be two hold downs on the radiator support. After that, it just lifts out. The messy coolant aside, a radiator replacement could be done in front of a parts store in 10 minutes.

Here is the link that I purchased for my truck. It is wider than the original that I needed to replace. Also the top hose is on the opposite side but since the 300 neck is in the middle of the engine it really wasnt that big of deal just have to go to the local parts store and search for what you need to work. I ended up using a flex hose. On the drivers side of the truck there are pre drilled mounting holes that lined up perfectly with the holes on the radiator to mount it. I havent taken a picture of mine to post but if you guys would like I can do that.
