the results:
Changed distributor,it ran for about 30 seconds and shut off.
so with out pulling distributor again i switched the TFI module,adjusted timing to 14degrees BTDC
WOW!!!!! runs great
also tested both sensors, they are both out of spec,so will switch them out in a day or two.
will recheck the codes and see whats what .

Good trouble shooting, feedback & to hear things seem better. Seeing as how both sensors resistance measures out of spec, you're not throwing money at the problem to replace them.
Take your multimeter to the store & measure the new sensors before leaving with them, I've seen bad new parts right out of the box.
Be sure to disconnect the B- battery cable when doing, to let the computer know that a repair has been made by wiping the old corrupt KAM fuel trim tables, so the computer can begin to build new tables using uncorrupted PID inputs from the new sensors. Let us know how it runs.
