Sure it's the motor and not the tranny/torque converter?

We have been looking at online details leading toward a gasket issue. Like the O rings that go on the fuel lines. And I can tell you right now those little suckers were shot. So we ordered new o rings so we're going to try that first.

Entire trans was rebuilt 3years ago. Also put a shift kit in it. And torque converter was upgraded to a larger one

We'll truck is back together, new fuel filter. And the cover that is over the hpop was cleaned of all the nasty set ament that was in there. Also new o rings on the 4lines. Now it only went 5 miles but is screaming like new. So I have a few more things to do in pa, than off to south nj, there will be the true test.
