Please help!

Hey everyone, my 04 excursion has been idling very rough at stops, and now all of a sudden it shutters really hard at around 50mph. I hooked up my computer and got ALL these codes, please help me start somewhere!!

It is most likely injectors. First thing I would do is verify fuel pressure is at least 45psi under a load.

Could be a FICM issue you too, check outlet power with koeo, idle and 2k rpm. Should never fall below 45 vdc.

IMO it looks like you have an electrical issue also - possible from your security system (PATS system perhaps)

Looks like 2 injectors and 3 glowplugs and/or glow plug circuits. I'd check the FICM to insure proper cold and/or starting voltage along with load testing the batteries (separately/unhooked).

I'd address the glow plugs while I had the valve covers off doing injectors. The circuits and plugs can be tested with a DVOM. I'm wondering also if one of the CB codes is caused from a rough cold start, but still sounds like an injector when it's hot/running.

Regardless, it will take a little detective work to narrow down your problem.

What is the P1260 all about (P1260 Theft Detected, Vehicle Immobilized) ?? This code is only thrown when the PCM sees an incorrect signal or no signal at all from the chipped key.

+1 on load testing batteries.

You had a previous post on a chipped key, but it looks like that was on an 04 F350 DRW. Are you using an aftermarket "chipped key"?
