Door keypad

Hey all

As a couple know I just purchased a new 2013 f250 platinum..

I'm having a hard time programming the code. The 5 digit code is on the same card as the wheel lock card?

Or am I looking at the wrong thing or missing it? That's all I could find.

Thanks

First, have you verified that the 5 digit code you have unlocks the truck?

Yeah it doesn't do anything so I imagine thats the issue -- thats why im wondering if the code is in a different spot? Unless I am doing something wrong -- but its pretty simple to push something 5 times..

The manual says its on the wallet card -- but thats the only card I really saw besides the roadside assistance one..

Mine was in the "wallet" that the manuals came in, printed on a plastic card.

I'll have to look again. Surely it's somewhere - the manual/warranty books were in the original plastic wrap with the black "wallet" when I got it so it's got to be somewhere in there....

Was it a card literally with just the lock code on it?

Is there a master reset if I can't find it?

Yes, like a credit card, but thinner material.

It is also printed on a sticker on your PCM, way up under the dash.

Since you just purchased the truck, I would be calling up the dealer and asking them for help.
