Driver door keypade code location?

Driver door keypade code location?
Hi Gang!
I recently bought an 02 Screw that has the door lock/unlock key pad on the driver dood handle. The previous owner cannot find/remember the code. The owners manual indicates that the code can be found on the 'computer', which I don't know where to find. Can anyone help me locate this computer and code? I really don't want to let the dealer find it for me for ~$80!

The code on my '01 can be found above the parking brake pedal. You have to lay on your back and look up- a flashlight helps.
One good suggestion I read awhile back(in this forum) is to program in an alternate code so if you ever have to give up the code to a friend or someone like that you can always go back and delete the alternate. The original code is hard coded and can not be changed, but you can program alternate codes that can be changed/deleted.
