door keypad code

Does anyone know where to find the code or how to reset bought used dealer did not know door code.

On my 2000 Merc Grand Marquis the code is on a sticker on the computer module which is located in the left rear fender area of the trunk.

I had a 1991 Thunderbird that had that code thing. The code on my car was on the right trunk hinge. Could definetely be different though, but definetely a place to look
