Does anyone know
Well being over 60 I remember from the mid 70's a wheel bearing grease or general grease that was to say the least very fibrous... you could actually see fiber ...I know it was not fiber but it was thick......anyone seen anything like that today?

I remember seeing that kind of grease, but long ago, not lately!!!! The wheel bearing grease we have today is far superior to that of the 40's, 50's, 60's, can take a lot more heat, pressure, shear, pounding, does a better job & lasts a lot longer too, so I don't miss the old stuff at all!!!!

Well poodle poop...me thought it was better...so what is the THICKEST...good stuff out there
