Got the truck fixed!!!!! Faulty circuit from fuse panel in engine compartment going across the radiator support and back to the firewall. They removed and replaced circuit from fuse panel to firewall and engine started perfectly!!! All tests afterward were 100%. Thanks to the guys at Sheehy Ford Springfield VA.
These v10s are amazing. This wire issue is the only thing to ever go wrong with this truck. I've personally dealt with about 15 of these trucks since 2006 and the 2008 version V10 is as reliable as the 7.3 powerstroke......definitely cheaper to maintenance and a lot less problems and just as powerful. Oh and way Quieter too!!!

Wow, that's a first. Never heard of that going bad before. Thanks very much for posting the updates and final results.

Do you happen to know what was "faulty" about it?

Nothing visual such as broken open or melted or anything like that. Just a bad manufactured wire was the best guess.
