I put this post up quite some time ago. But I went and replaced the shocks leaf springs all up front and that still did not correct the problem does it no matter full or empty tank as well it corrects a little when I have some weighting the back. Should I change the shocks in the rear as well could that fix the issue.
You replaced the leaf springs? Inspect/Test the rear shocks to see if you need to replace them. It may be time anyway, even if it doesn't fix your issue.
You "might" have a twisted frame/body from a wreck..
You could also have a tweaked front/rear sway bar which is imparting a torque into the chassis - not likely - but it's possible. You can disconnect one side of the front/rear sway bar and see if that has any effect.
check rear left/right heights, it's likely they are also not the same, and the entire vehicle leans to the driver's side - which is not uncommon, since typically we all drive around alone much of the time.
Do you have lean on the rear as well? The rear springs are stiffer than the front, and often a front lean is caused by the rear spring sag on the driver's side.
I am going to look now at the rear. I was under it again earlier and looking all around and nothing. I hope it the sway bar. If not is the frame being twisted bad,

Misky is correct on the ride height. Shocks only control bounce and dynamic lean.
At all the cab to frame bolts and also all the front end suspension
like track bar and the other places that have rubber isolators.
Your looking for cracks and soft spongy ones.
The frame ones will be on the top of the frame rail between the fram and cab.
That makes then a little harder to spot.

Has the cab been off for engine work? The above could be the answer left front radiator cradle mount incorrect or worse missing.
