1209 Injection Control Pressure Peak delta test fault
0470 Exhaust Pressure Sensor
1211 Injection Control Pressure Higher/Lower than desired

More information about your truck would be helpfull. Does it have a chip?
Have you cleaned the exhaust pressure sensor and tube?

 

Where did you get your ICP sensor?
